A stopover in the countryside on your vacation route? Come and discover the Les Nautilus gîte, ideally located between the town of La Foa and that of Bourail, 10 min from Fort Teremba and 15 min from the town of Farino and its famous Parc des Grandes fougères.
Mireille and Gina welcome you every day (by reservation only) on a property surrounded by mountains and hills in Moindou.
In a comfortable bungalow, family bungalow or on a campsite, have a pleasant stay in a place where everything has been thought out for you: pretty garden with play area for children with sandpit, swings, wooden cabin, pétanque court and volleyball, ping-pong table, barbecue...
Also a table d'hôte, Les Nautilus offers delicious home cooking over a wood fire prepared with local products.Be sure to book at least 48 hours in advance!
You can also book the 4x4 hike to discover the aquaculture farm (breeding shrimp) and visit the family property with its herds of wild deer.
The swimming pool is reserved for customers on half board (who therefore reserve accommodation + table d'hôte + breakfast).
Arrival is possible from 3 p.m. and departure is fixed at 10 a.m.
Near the cottage, many activities await you: Visit the Moindou coal mine, Fort Téremba, the Moindou dam, Tanghy beach (10 min by car), horseback riding with La Foa Randonnee and Poquereux hike.
To get there from Nouméa, count about 1H30 by taking the direction of La Foa, then 3 KM after the center of the village of Moindou, it is on your right where a sign will indicate the entrance to the Nautilus gite.Starting from Tontouta, count about 1 hour taking the direction of La Foa, then 3 KM after the center of the village of Moindou, it is on your right where a sign will indicate the entrance to the Les Nautilus gîte.
Please note that the Gîte is not open on Sunday evenings (outside school holidays).
The cottage is not equipped for recharging electric cars.
